Doing Business in Maryland
All Maryland Corporations and LLCs Must File:
- Articles of Incorporation
File your Articles of Incorporation or Articles of Organization with the Maryland Secretary of State and pay the filing fee. The cost to form a Maryland corporation is $120 and Maryland LLC is $100.
