Starting a Business in Illinois

The Basics

IncorporateFast.com makes it easy to register your new business entity online. Our experienced staff members will review and prepare the required documents to file your Illinois LLC or Illinois corporation. Once the Secretary of State files your documents, your Illinois corporation or Illinois LLC is formed.

Unlike most states, the State of Illinois requires original ink signed documents for all filings that are not expedited (Rush Filing) with the State. Please allow for transit time on the delivery of these required documents to our office.
