Member Managed:Choosing a Member Managed LLC is the simplest approach. Members are the Owners. The Owners manage the LLC.
Manager Managed:Members own the LLC, but with a Manager Managed LLC, only Managers can make binding decisions for the LLC. The Members can only elect who the managers will be. If you are a closely held LLC, members can also be managers. Many people choose a Manager Managed LLC if they are hands off investors or owners in a company and want their employees to make daily decisions or they list their attorney as the manager of the LLC.
