The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.  We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.

Refunds and Credits.

Please contact IncorporateFast.com immediately if you are dissatisfied with any service provided to you. If you receive filed documents and are dissatisfied with the service provided to you by Incorporate Fast.com, Vendor Solutions, Inc. will refund a portion of the service fee charged. Vendor Solutions, Inc. will retain a $60 document processing fee and refund the remaining service charge associated with the filing of your incorporation documents. All refunds must be requested within 60 days of the date of service. Any and all fees paid to the Secretary of State cannot be refunded under any circumstances. There are no refunds given on extra services offered by Incorporate Fast.com

Vendor Solutions, Inc. will make every effort to complete your request for filing in a timely manner. Vendor Solutions, Inc. cannot guarantee that your request for filing will be made within the requested or quote time.

Order Modification

Modification to an existing order is not permitted without prior approval by IncorporateFast.com. All modifications to your service request must be done via fax and signed by the originator. Once your documents have been submitted to the state, no changes are permitted under any circumstance and no refunds can be given on any amount paid to the state.

Order Completion and Abandonment

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you agree to provide the requested information, signatures, filing documents, etc. to our office within a reasonable timeframe.  If after 45 consecutive days with no response to emails or notifications, no refunds can or will be issued.  Additionally, all orders that are not filed with the secretary of state within 90 consecutive days due to failure of customer response will be considered abandoned, and “Administratively Completed”.  Neither refunds, nor further account action is possible on orders that are “Administratively Completed”.

Order Cancellation

Cancelling an existing order is subject to a $60 order processing/cancellation fee. Orders that have already been filed at the state level, cannot be cancelled, only modified, and the state filing charges and delivery charges are non-refundable.

VENDOR SOLUTIONS, INC.'S LIABILITY IS LIMITED ONLY TO AMOUNTS PAID TO VENDOR SOLUTIONS, INC.

THE USER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT VENDOR SOLUTIONS, INC. AND INCORPORATEFAST.COM DO NOT PRACTICE LAW OR PROVIDE LEGAL ADVICE, ARE NOT ENGAGED IN RENDERING LEGAL, ACCOUNTING, OR OTHER PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AND ARE NOT RENDERING SUCH PROFESSIONAL SERVICES WITH REGARD TO THIS WEBSITE. THE USER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT LAWS VARY FROM STATE TO STATE AND CHANGE OVER TIME. THIS WEBSITE IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR THE ADVICE OF AN ATTORNEY OR AN ACCOUNTANT.

Typographical Errors and Incorrect Pricing

Management makes every attempt to ensure that our expansive online catalog is as accurate and complete as possible. In the event a product is listed with an inaccurate description or incorrect price due to data-entry or system errors, we shall have the right to correct any errors and refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. In addition, we are not able to estimate incorporation dates or filing times as these estimates are dependent on State Governmental Agencies.

Service Descriptions

Management has attempted to accurately describe the products offered on the Site. However, because the description of a service, we cannot guarantee that such description will be accurate. Products or Services may actually not be available for any state. State Governmental offices are regualarly changes filing requirements, and therefore we can not make guarantees . We do not file professional articles in all 50 states. If we are unable to process your order we will provide you will a complete refund.

International Shipping

Management reserves the right to refuse international shipment to certain countries at our discretion. In the likelihood that we refuse to ship or are unable to ship to your country, we will notify you immediately.

Management attempts to keep up to date on all service and filing requirements. However, in the event we are not able to provide the service you have requested, you will be notified by e-mail of an approximate completion date. We reserve the right to refuse delivery, or limit any service ordered.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the state of California, USA.
