Before your Start: Choose a corporation name
You must also choose a name for your corporation which will
end with ‘corporation,’ ‘incorporated,’ ‘corp,’ or ‘inc.’ It may be beneficial
to do some research on your preferred company name to ensure that the name is
not currently being used in the state that you are filing in. Also keep in mind
that a name may not be accepted if it is misleading or it too closely resembles
an existing corporation.
