Our LLC kit includes most of the necessary documents that you will need for your LLC, including: member certificates, steel embossing seal, and a sample operating agreement on CD-ROM. This kit is optional, but it will give your business additional information it needs.

What are member certificates?

Member certificates represent ownership – they are similar to stock certificates.

What is an embossing seal?

An embossing seal is a device made to either emboss, or imprint certain company information on to documents. It is in effect the signature of the company. This information usually includes the company's name and date and state of formation.

What is an operating agreement?

An operating agreement specifies the rights and responsibilities of any and all LLC members.

Under each state's Laws, owners of the LLC are not personally liable for its debts and obligations if corporate status is maintained .
