What are member certificates?
Member certificates represent ownership – they are similar to stock certificates.
What is an embossing seal?
An embossing seal is a device made to either emboss, or imprint certain company information on to documents. It is in effect the signature of the company. This information usually includes the company's name and date and state of formation.
What is an operating agreement?
An operating agreement specifies the rights and responsibilities of any and all LLC members.
