Please note that if you are filing an out of state Nevada LLC, you may have to file for a foreign corporation in your home state. Please consult with a CPA to determine if you must file for a foreign entity.
If you do business in one state, but are formed in another state, you typically are required to file for a foreign LLC qualification. States require this filing to ensure that they know who is doing business within their state, and to accurately receive tax revenue.
