Incorporating in Nevada
If you have decided to incorporate in Nevada, then you need to know about our filing process. Once we receive your order we go through a series of checks to ensure that your filing will be approved once submitted to the Nevada Secretary of State. The first check is to ensure that your preferred name is available for registration. If we can register your Corporation name, then we proceed to prepare your articles for your review and signature. After we receive your signed articles we will submit them to the SOS and monitor them for approval. Once approved, we will send you your approved state paperwork.
