Amending your Delaware Corporation or LLC
The easiest way to amend your Delaware filing after it has been approved is to file a Certificate of Amendment. This brief Amendment document allows you simply state the Article of which you will be amending, and allow you to change the entity name, address, other stated provisions and LLCs can change the registered agent on this form. If a Delaware corporation wishes to change the registered agent, a Certificate of Change of Registered Agent is required.
