Reserve your corporation
name in advance

You can reserve your corporation name in advance by filing a form with the Secretary of State.  There is a charge for reserving a corporate name for your corporation, ranging from $10 to $100 dollars depending on the state you are incorporating in.   In many cases reserving a name for your corporation is not necessary, especially if you rush your filing.

If you rush your filing we will have the paperwork to the state usually within 24 hours.  The time for approval is different in each state, but in general, a name reservation is not necessary if you filing using our express service.

A name reservation is more appropriate if you have decided on a name for your corporation but you are not yet ready to file the paperwork and create your company.
