How to Form a corporation

Learning how to form an corporation can be a time consuming task that can take months.  Which papers need to be filed, where do they get filed, how do you fill them out, have them been filled out correctly.  You may want to seek the service of a company like ours when filing documents for your company.  We can offer these services to you at a reasonable price.

Select a Name for Your Corporation

After selecting the name of your choice, you will need to verify that the name is available.  The name will need to be verified with the appropriate state agency prior to submitting.  It is very important to make sure that you check the name properly as it can take from 1 month to 6 months for a state office to review your documents.  For example in Arizona, it is not uncommon to wait over 6 months for the corporate office to review your paperwork.

Prepare Articles of Organization

Each state has specific requirements for Articles of Organization that all corporate filings must comply with.  We work hard to ensure that when your paperwork is submitted to the state office it meets the minimum state requirements for filing a corporation.  Since our office submits paperwork in all 50 states we are in constant contact with state offices.

Review Your Articles

You will want to ensure that your Articles of Incorporation are free of spelling and grammatical errors.  Your articles of incorporation can be amended at any time by filing an amendment with the Secretary of State office.

Submit Your Paperwork

Once the articles have been prepared, reviewed, signed and they are ready for submission.  It is important to make sure that when submitting all of the states submission requirements are met.  You will also want to ensure that you are submitting the proper amount to the state office. We request copies of filings for all customers with your order.
