Employment Up by 13,000

ADP is reporting today that employment is up by 13,000 from May to June, while medium sized  businesses, with 50-499 employees, hired 11,000 people during that time span. This is wonderful news not only to big and medium sized businesses but to small businesses as well, as the employment rate increases spending increases and many of those consumers are spending with small businesses. There's a cycle that takes place when employment goes up, more people are working so more people have disposable income, that increases the work load of the small business which in turn requires them to hire extra hands, and the cycle continues. We're still in a recession but news like this gives us hope that we'll be out of it soon enough.
