Making changes to a LLC
We know that information will not be the same for long. The state knows this as well. Therefore the state has made it easy to make those changes. The state has a articles of amendment made available to make any changes that may arise. The changes can be from the name of the LLC to the members to the registered agent address. Most of the information submitted can be changed. The only thing that can't be changed is the organizer.
The infomation can be changed for the LLC however, the state will not issue a new set of articles for the LLC. Rather, the state will issue you a stamp approved copy of the amendments. The amendments should be kept with the original documents as the amendments indicate the changes made to the LLC.
